These definitely work for me.
I have been taking the Quest Timed Release tablets for a while, they do seem to help me and I would hate to run out of them.

A substitute for MegaB 100
Used MegaB100 from H&B for many years before they suddenly stopped selling it. These seem to be a good substitute.
