The cedar is a nice quality, not too dense so airs out shoes well; My only quibble is that the brass pulls pull out of the cedar very easily. I put some wood glue in the hole and they work fine--but the manufacturer should do that, I shouldn't have to that.

I'd purchase another set previously that arrived broken at the wood grained seam. I zoomed in on the pics and read the reviews very closely as I didn't want to purchase an item that could be susceptible to the same issue.Upon receiving these, it was obvious that they were built well and solid.

These shoe trees are too small! I wear a size 11-1/2! I’m wondering if trees for women shoes were sent out by mistake. Too much of the toe area is not filled to stretch out or smooth out the toe of my shoes. Maybe better if the size 12 to 13 were recommended if this is in fact a man’s size.

These shoe trees are outstanding. I have tried many brands from Allen Edmonds to a few different random branded split toe shoe trees that you see on Amazon. THESE ARE BY FAR THE BEST. They fit very snug into the shoe and are a notably thicker and higher quality than the others. You will not be disappointed!

Have some new shoes that I want to have for a long time… keep shape and care for shoes as everything is more costly than last year. I’ve always had a tuff time finding a good shoe tree and the price was okay.. there ya go
