Quality!
This is a perfect size for those smaller jobs. Zwilling is quality, and I expect this to last a lifetime, as I do for the several other single pieces of this model I purchased to make my own custom set of the knives I use most.

It will be your favorite knife!
This is the most versatile knife in my kitchen. Easily slices everything from tomatoes to meats. I find myself using it for almost every situation, apart from specialty cases where I need an actual carving knife or large bread knife. Santuko knives are popular, but I really like this little guy better than any Santuko. If I had only 1 knife in my whole kitchen, this would be it.

Great so far
2 months in, liking if for being lightweight and super sharp. Hope it holds up over time (handle on last few cracked). It cuts everything better than my older Zwilling knives right from professional sharpener.

Wonderful feel
The Zwilling Pro knives have great balance, they all feel good in your hand and feel like an extension of your hand. The steel is excellent quality and come razor sharp and easy to maintain. I will see how the serrations on this knife hold up.

Simply the best
These are by far the best knives on the market. My last one lasted over a decade before the first sharpening

Effective Small Serrated Utility Knife
Though I haven't found a consistent job for this fellow, it is well-made and aesthetically pleasing. The design is beautiful, and makes cleaning easier than many knives with nooks and crannies.Pros:- The serrations tear through meat, bread, and rinds (e.g. melons) with ease.- The handle is comfortable and well-balanced. Even with the redesigned transition to the blade, I like that they kept the traditional handle and hook at the end. If you're working with anything greasy or slippery, it feels stable and sturdy.- The construction is extremely solid and tight. I can't imagine any seams or loose rivets.- The curved steel transition to the handle makes it easy and sturdy to hold.- It is incredibly easy to clean and dry, thanks to the smooth transition. You don't need a brush to get into edges and you don't need to work to get the blade dry before storage; just a wipe and you're done.Cons/Neutral:- The curved transition to the blade might make storage in some blocks a bit unsightly. Not a major problem.- I don't love the end of the knife, and think it might be better with a slight curve to the tip rather than the claw-like end that accommodates the unnecessarily flat blade. I tend to rock when I cut, though, so this is just a preference.- It is quite thin and is certainly not a go-to bread knife, so be sure you know what you're buying. I'm guessing the reviewer who complained it wasn't as shown was surprised by how small it is. The blade is 5", and it won't serve as a 8-9" bread knife that would come with many sets.
