Great Loud Horns to Get Attention on the Road!
UPDATE REVIEW:After further testing of these horns I found a small problem. It's solvable but will take extra wiring and mounting bracket fabrication. The instructions do specify that you can't mount these horns near a hot zone. Well, after allowing the motorcycle engine to reach normal operating temperatures which is pretty hot I noticed the loudness of this set of horns was no longer present replaced by a very low inconsistent useless sound!!! The existing horn mount location is very close to the radiator (and fan) which produces plenty of heat!!! So, I will work on finding a spot on the motorcycle that is NOT A HOT ZONE. After I looked into the design of these horns it turns out that the diaphragm material changes consistency if it gets very hot! Once I figure this out the new mount location I will update this review.I was looking for an upgrade horn for my 2019 Kawasaki Z400 ABS that I just bought. It seems that motorcycle companies STILL refuse to include LOUD horns. Anyway, this horn set-up includes 2 horns, 410Hz/510Hz set. So, the first thing you need to do is make a decent mounting bracket ( not supplied, but it would be nice if they did). The extra attachment wires are nice and included and YOU WILL NEED THEM. Also, remember that the outlet for the horn must face downward to keep water from getting in them, that's with any horn. Anyway, I scrounged around my garage and found some hardware to make a simple enough mounting bracket. The other thing I had to do is stick/join the horns together back-to-back with double sided foam tape to make the smallest pack of these horns for installation and to give them some space to prevent rattle between the two. Once I installed these it was time for the best testing method I could use... I tested these on her and it annoyed my wife plenty so it works perfectly!!! Horns are best tested on your wife, trust me, she WILL NOT lie if it's very loud! Her facial expressions really are the gage here. Anyway, I have added pictures for your use. I hope you enjoyed a little humor as well! Ride safe out there! Have a great day!

Install
My overall rating is based on a few factors and the fact that the instructions that come with the horns are basically worthless and do not pertain to everyone's situation. I find it hard to believe that it pertained to anyone's situation. So, unless you already have a 2 horn set up, with 2 wires for each horn, it is not necessarily easy. However, I was not to be deterred and I am very mechanically inclined. To install: I had to do my own research to find out how to install a double horn system, to my 1995 chevy truck, with a single horn set up. After using my multi-meter and doing research on You Tube, I was able to determine that the horn I had was definitely bad, which is what I suspected anyway. But, I could not find anything that told me which of the 2 horn wires on my truck was positive and negative. But, with my tester, I was able to find out that the green wire was positive and the black wire with white strip was negative. (not that it really matters) So, I hooked the two horns together in series, using the included wires and added a male connector in between, to plug into my existing wires and connectors. I hooked both "Y" connectors to one male and the two "3" connectors to the other male connector. (Y and 3 are the only listing on the horns, instead of + and -) As just mentioned, it doesn't really matter which one you plug into the ground, or the positive wire. I took the included mounting brackets, attached them to the back of the horn and then crossed them in a manner where the two opposite ends overlapped each other to mount with my single bolt ground setup. Basically making the two horns touch one another and pointing at as much of a downward angle as possible. Once grounded to the chassis, with my existing bolt, to where the original horn was installed, it worked fine. I also put electrical tape over all exposed connections, to try to keep as much water off, as possible.Good points, is that they are a great value and the horns are rather loud, as I hoped. So, the video did not lie about the sound level. They are just a little wimpy sounding for a Chevy truck. It sounds more like a Chevy car horn. But, at least it doesn't sound like the wimpy horns on Japanese vehicles. (don't get me wrong, I love my Japanese vehicles, just not the horns.......LOL)

Easy install. Sounds way better than the factory horn.
Just finished installing in my 2011 Ford Fiesta. Very easy install with minimal tools:T-30 torx screwdriver to remove the passenger headlight8mm wrench for the screw that holds the horn bracket to the vehicle10mm wrench for the screws on the back of the new hornsWire cutter & wire stripperA few wire nutsA short length of extra wire (speaker wire works)Total operation took me less than an hour. These horns are noticably louder than the single factory horn. In fact they're louder and sound better than the factory horn in my brand-new Ram 2500. The primary reason I replaced the factory horn is because it was just so weak sounding. Just last week, a person was merging into my lane. I swerved out of the way, all the while smashing down on the horn, and the person didn't even notice. I'm sure these new ones will get the attention of other drivers quite a bit better.

Much louder than OEM and hi-low tone much better!
The horns sound great together and sound just like in your video in the product listing. Thank you for accurately representing your product. The installation instructions are also well written. I installed them on my motorcycle and highly recommend these horns.I used a relay with fused power directly to the motorcycle battery. I used the OEM horn mounting point with the mounting brackets included with these horns. One horn is above, the other is below. It's not easy getting in there but worth the effort.I had some issues where the horns stopped working. It was very cramped with lots of moving parts like the front suspension inside the compartment where I originally mounted them. Horn vibration seemed to loosen the terminal connectors on the horns after a few horn blasts so I moved the horns down and mounted them to my crash bar and crimped the terminal connectors really tight. Now it will be much easier to troubleshoot if something gets loose. They are now well out of the way of the front suspension.
