Everything I needed
My fried rice turned out great using these products. I wasn't able to find the marin in the store. I just wished it had a bigger soy sauce

Complete kit!
This sauce kit is the complete kit of what you need, fantastic for anyone who has to avoid salt/sodium! I love these cute little bottles for the soy sauce so that was the big clincher for me!

Leaking vinegar improperly packaged
I have lived and cooked daily in Japan for over 40 years, so needless to say, I know what I am talking about. I needed the ingredients while in the USA. I wanted to prepare some authentic Japanese cuisine for friends and family. However, the package only contains 2 usable products. The soy sauce and mirin are fine.Of the 3 bottles, only the mirin is actually made and imported from Japan. The soy sauce and vinegar were made in the USA. That explains why the soy sauce is packaged in a nostalgic bottle no longer commonly seen on Japanese supermarket shelves. The vinegar was a super big disappointment for me, and I ended up throwing it away. First off, it was improperly packaged, and I received a leaking box as it had no sort of safeguard at the bottle lid. Had it been pre-opened? I don't know but that was unacceptable and unsanitary, so I threw it away. Furthermore, close inspection of the bottle shows that it is not standard all-purpose rice vinegar sold in Japan, such as Mizkan brand. Instead, it is something of limited usage and sugary-salty sweetened for making sushi. So, beware of that.I absolutely would not recommend wasting money on this unless 3-bottle set you are unable to find anything else.
