Great product to take at bedtime. It helps me relax and sleep through the night. I have not checked blood pressure to see if it has helped with that. I will follow up later after taking longer. Recommend taking before bedtime.

I purchased this product because the one I have been purchasing for several years was not available. I have just started using this product and don't have that much experience with it to evaluate it. I do know that it does not have any flavor to me - thus the nutral rating for that. While it is a larger pill, it is easy to swallow. I don't have the background to gage the ingredients quality. I did see, from the label, that some of them were larger amounts than the product I have been taking.

I have only been using this product for 2 weeks. I take 2 a day at meals and so far, have seen no measurable benefit for me. It probably takes longer to build up in one's system.

I bought this bc a family member came down with shingles and did not want to go to the Dr. Since they were taking gabapentin anyway, we read that Olive leaf extract can help boost the system in such a way that it can heal shingles if caught early. Boy did it ever!It actually was delivered the very next day(which i was so grateful).Not only did it help heal her quickly... As a bonus surprise, she has lustrous shiny and newer hair growth(noticeably around the edges and crown), so now I've added it to my daily supplementation. I'm 53 menapausal and I've noticed the same side effect. I've used other supplements in the past, but not until I've added the O.L.E. have I noticed such a difference! Not sure if this is even an intentional effect, but I'll keep using this product, Not just when needed for a problem.

I just started using the Olive Leaf Extract because of the anti-oxidants it contains and the many other health benefits. I will continue to use it and continue to monitor my progess in the areas that I exptect to imrove.
