Impressive.
Very impressive supplement. Honestly I found this mentioned online and didn’t order it for mood or stress, but that’s the immediate thing I noticed improved. The stuff works. Read up on it. It’s clinically proven to do a lot.

Amazing sleep--Finally!
I switched over to KSM-66 from the regular Ashwaganda a few weeks ago and I can definitely tell a difference! The depth of sleep I get is amazing and I don't wake up at 3am, wide awake, thinking! I actually sleep and don't wake up until the sun is up and this is an amazing this because I haven't done that in years! I also feel more peaceful during the day and not as stressed. I will definitely continue to use it!

Definitely works, a bit too well for me. Knocks me out like i just took Benadryl. I have to take it before bed.. no real option, I can't stay awake more than a half hour tops after taking this. Next day leaves me feeling very calm, helps my anxiety alot

Hilft gut
Unserer Tochter, die damals sofort beim Babyschwimmen Ohrenentzündungen bekam und jetzt im Kleinkindalter dauernd kurz vor der Mittelohrentzündung bei jeder Erkältung steht, hat es große Erleichterung verschafft. Wir nehmen es 2x täglich bei jeder Erkältung und haben auch das OK vom HNO, solange keine Perforation besteht natürlich. Mir selbst hat es auch schon geholfen bei Ohrverlegung.
