This is most certainly the best source of calcium available. I'm pretty sure it is tested for metals and it's the highest source of naturally occurring calcium available. It also mixes extremely well and because it's a '10 to 1 hot water extract,' it's also clearly the most bioavailable calcium supplement on the planet.

Sad and upset. Read on.
Hello, thanks for getting back :)I understand the situation. I am really upset, as it was quite expensive for me and it is the first time something from Amazon has not arrived.Amazon says I can only get refund from you. Even though I understand your predicament, being a small business and all, I thought the way you expressed yourself, in the sense I should just go talk to "big Amazon", was unnecessarily unkind. Especially because you are a small business, you should try and cultivate customers. See, pearl powder is not readily available in my sunny country of Brazil and I am sure I would be a regular buyer if things had panned out or even if you had been kinder and more considerate in responding to me. You never know...Also, I would like to understand something, if I may. When you guys ship such "small packages" to other countries, how does refund actually work? Because what we, customers, understand is that, when delivery is not up to our national mailing service, as is the present case since delivery was to be carried out by USPS (or UPS, I am not sure), refund has to be realized by the company involved. Well, from our previous communication, I understood you told me the company (you guys) could not be held responsible because the situation had to do with my country's service. What service, since it was to be carried out by your ( you company's) chosen international delivery service?As a last couple of notes, having disagreed and disliked, completely, the way you handled your business with me, I will say this: it was a small package, yes, but it cost me a lot of money. Especially for small businesses, as you yourself told me your company is characterized as, small purchases should be valued, actually, every purchase. That is how we grow: paying attention to details and cultivating integrity, in all aspects, even when related to an "unimportant" purchase, such as mine. Humility brings about growth, all kinds of growth, even material growth if you really pay attention to it...Yes, I am aware of the risks that international purchases involve; I have bought salt from Greece, through Amazon, with great sucess. What I am saying is that you handled it badly, horribly, and that the information the customer gets about refunding is not accurate or, at the very least, is not being respected by you. What I gathered is that you do not want to refund me, even though you have to --- theoretically...Interestingly, I was thinking of buying from you again, even amidst my upset. It could have happened if you had been decent with me. You never know...A small, "insignificant"purchase, such as mine, will not enhance your business, surely; it is many purchases like that, however, that make a company, especially when it is trying to establish itself.Furthermore, integrity, even if not translated into cash, has value, immense value, for companies and people alike, of course.I wish you a happy 2021, may your company grow and thrive and better itself through the people that make it.Sincerely,Carolina
