This is a really good product. I used it for a week, then I took a break as I only plan on taking it at certain intervals.It is very effective at lowering your blood sugar. Be mindful to eat as you don't want your blood sugar to drop too low.

Excellent for Diabetes. I took daily, easy to swallow. I've used many brands this one seemed better than most. Capsules in glass bottle. Stayed fresh.

Selected this as a substitute, just had to double dose, offer product with more mcg and quantity, otherwise it was okay.

Good product and from what I have read the chelated Chromium is the type you want to use. anyway I have found that taking the chromium has helped with any sugar cravings I use to have and helps with my blood sugars.

These pills are amazing! One a day in the morning with food and they are Kosher!

I have PCOS and have been taking this based upon recommendations on various sites. I take it with Cinnamon Gymnema Mulberry Complex. I have noticed significant improvement in my skin. Wonderful stuff!
