All the metal is welded twisted. The screws do not fit to secure the seat to the base, I had to use the 2 extra screws that come with the base to secure the seat. 1st one i screwed down too tight and cracked the top, the other i learned and didn’t screw them down as tight. But they are cheap and so that’s what ya get. I only need them for staging purposes so I won’t return them but definitely not something I’d keep to use rarely let alone consistently.

These AZ L1 Life Concept barstools are okay, but not the best out there. The assembly instructions were easy to follow, however the little knobs that screw in at the bottom on the legs would not screw in properly. I worked them in the best I could, however they are still a little wobbly when sitting on.The other part I don’t care for is the extremely sharp edges on the seat area. If you have toddlers running around you may want to cross these off your list. I feel these should have been sanded for safety purposes.Also, they are not comfortable to sit on... so I would look into getting a cushion for them.For the price of these, there are much better options out there. I just found too many cons and not enough pros.

Very poor quality. A bit disappointed with this product. Not quite what I expected.First of all the, the package was a mess from the inside. The items were wrapped with foam wrapping that was all damaged and cracked. It made a huge mess when I opened it for assembly.The instructions are pretty clear. Minimum steps and few pieces to put together.I was very disappointed to see how cheap the pieces of the product were. The who base is made of basic industrial metal that has super sharp edges. The pieces are not very well cut and not everything fit well but we made it happen and the whole product came together.It’s not very nice and looks SUPER cheap. The top part (the seat) is a piece of wood but it’s very small for the size of the whole thing, It should’ve been a bit wider.Very UNCOMFORTABLE. I can’t sit on it even for few minutes. It’s heavy too, not easy to move or carryI would be able to overlook all the product flaws if it looked good when assembled but unfortunately it didn’t. Maybe if the seat was made in a better way with a nicer wood material i would be ok with it.

Okay, these are just so so. Packaging and installation was pretty easy, although a few screws that went into the seat didn't go in well. Install took about an hour with just me helping and the package wasn't missing any parts. I find the metal legs to be pretty sturdy and don't every see them failing. The main issue I have is that the seat is just particle board wood, which means its not comfy and has some rough edges. They should have upgraded these seats a bit and the product would be much better rated. If you are on a budget and don't mind putting a cushion on these, they may work for you. They do look nice, however.
