Works perfectly!
I was a bit concerned since I couldn't find an exact replacement for the power cable for my elliptical. But after a few different searches, I finally came across this product that did have the model # for my machine. I took a gamble on it and it paid off. Not only does my machine work fine, but this smaller plug fits much better than the original into normal outlets and power strips. I was worried that my expensive elliptical was about to be useless, but thankfully this adapter worked just fine.

Works great
I was about to throw away my Vision Fitness x6200 because it would continuously power down during a workout. This (so far) has made it trouble free.

Didn't work
This is NOT an equivalent for the MKD-48091000, at least for the Octane Fitness model. Kicking myself for throwing the old adapter away, maybe I could have fixed it. I've ordered two now that promise to be equivalent adapters, neither one works. Plug goes into the slot, but only a little way, and nothing happens. If you have an Octane Fitness elliptical, don't buy this one.
