Dell Wireless Keyboard and Mouse KM636 Black

The mouse scroll does not work properly any more. Its very frustrating trying to scroll up or down as it scrolls up when scrolling down and vice versa - extremely frustrating.

Connectivity technology in website was mentioned as Bluetooth, received item is USB wireless connectivity. Also the caps lock & num lock lights are not properly working

I don't know either I received counterfeit item, or it is substandard quality keyboard from Dell.

I have been using the keyboard and mouse since three days.1. Keyboard is compact and the keys are very nice.2. There are LED indicators for Num-Lock, Caps-Lock and Scroll-Lock3. When we click on Caps lock or any other key locks, the LED indicator will glow for 5 to 6 seconds and turns off automatically.., which will save the battery life of keyboard.4. Functional keys are working as expected.5. No lag when we type in the keyboard and works like a wired keyboard.6. Mouse is fully adjusted in my palm and comfortable to use.7. Mouse does not have the tracking light which is good to save the battery life.8. One Bluetooth receiver for both Keyboard and mouse making me to save the USB slots on my Laptop.9. No back light for the keyboard (Not a draw back as it will kill the battery life of keyboard)10. Small LED indicator on the power on/off button for both mouse and keyboard (Turns on when the keyboard or mouse is turned on and which will turn off after 5 to 6 seconds the keyboard/mouse is switched on)11. There are no adjustable clips to set the keyboard height, but it has some default height which is comfortable to use.12. Easy to carry the keyboard13. Not useful for gaming purpose.14. Keyboard is Light weight.15. The only thing is, it is made in china and need to see the life of the product. Other than that I didn't find any cons.After researching for most of the time, I found this Keyboard and mouse combo is the best one.

Teclado:Não é um teclado silencioso igual aos dos notebooks, porém é silencioso e macio o suficiente para não incomodar. O espaço entre as teclas e a altura delas é perfeito para mim, lembra muito o do meu notebook, que é um dell também.É padrão ABNT 2, não tive problemas de compatibilidade no meu dell inspiron N5110 de 2009, e também funcionou no meu xbox one fat de 2013, na hora que coloquei o receptor, o teclado funcionou sem lag nenhum mesmo a quase 2 metros de distancia.Os leds do caps lock, scroll lock, num lock, on e off, não permanecem acessos depois de ativar, quando você ativa um deles, o led fica acesso por volta de 7 segundos e desliga, provavelmente para conservar energia da pilha, pode ser um problema para alguns, eu não acho que isso seja um ponto negativo, mas vai de cada um.Mouse:O mouse é mais leve do que eu esperava, porém encaixa perfeito na minha mão, dos kits que estavam disponíveis nessa faixa de preço, este tinha um mouse que aparentava ter um tamanho mais em conta, desliza bem no mouse pad que comprei, não precisei ajustar a velocidade nem nada.Eu gostei de que o leitor óptico não emite luz e que a rodinha do mouse gira suave sem resistência nenhuma.O ponto negativo do mouse é a altura dos cliques, enquanto o teclado é mais silencioso o mouse é mais barulhento.Gostei bastante do kit, não apresentou defeitos, é bem feito, simples e atendeu todas minhas necessidades.
