PoyPet Plaid Dog Harness Small, No Pull Vest with Front Clip & Neck Buckle

Breed: 10 pound Yorkie mix Harness size purchased: XS I am very happy with this product and would purchase this brand again. Was looking specifically for a front clip harness for my 10 pound Yorkie mix, and I am really happy that I decided to go with this one. I was first pleasantly surprised at how much more sturdy the harness was compared to other small dog harnesses I have. It reminds me of tactical harnesses. I have a hyper dog so putting on step in harnesses is always a chore to get both feet in the holes and buckle it. I love that I can unsnap both the neck and belly band, then just re-clip them one at a time. It's so much easier to put on and take off. There is even a lock on the front clips to prevent accidental unbuckling. Also, the handle comes in handy for emergency control. I was deciding on sizes and after reading comments, I went with the XS and I'm glad that I did. This harness is not meant to go over the head, it's meant to be unbuckled then clipped around the neck which is narrower. Adjusting the band length did take a minute to figure out, but once you figure out how to do it it is easy. Have not experienced any band slippage which was a big issue with other harnesses I was looking at.

I bought this harness for my 70 pound Husky over 2 1/2 years ago. It still fits and it still stays in place on our hikes and walks. This was purchased because of the front ring for control and pulling issues. The neck and the chest were adjustable to actually fit my Husky. The neck clip allows for easy on and off. This harness has finally reached the point where the straps loosen over time, so I may need to tighten them up every other week or so. The stitching is good and has not ripped. I am amazed at how well this has held up to all the miles we have walked, hiked, ridden in the car and ran and played at the dog park. If you have a husky, you know they run fast, play rough and use their mouths a lot in their playing. This harness has withstood 2 years of crazy Husky play at the park. Just this past week it came unclipped twice during play, although the buckles are fully functional. I finally broke down and bought a new one before anything did break while out and about and I have a loose dog to wrangle up. Looking forward to another 2+ years with the new one, hopefully! I honestly have zero complaints on this harness.

This ended up being the winner for us after trialing several harnesses. Our pup is a 50 lbs. pittie mix, neck 18 in. and chest 29 in.—we got the size L. The straps take some practice to adjust and the instructions aren’t the clearest; we had to go back and readjust it a few times over multiple walks. But once we finally got it right, it fit him significantly better than any of the other harnesses we tried. Having the three buckles is a game-changer, too: no need to worry about putting it over his head or getting him to step into it. It feels pretty darned sturdy considering the price, including the metal connection points, and we really like the minimal profile that keeps most of his back uncovered and cool. The blue and orange checkered pattern is a unique combination that we don’t see elsewhere, and it looks great against his black coat—so handsome! That said, I do wish they offered a better selection of colors/patterns overall. As for the no-pull part, it works just like any other harness in this category. We use a double-hook lead and connect one hook to the front ring and one to the back. He’s leash reactive to other dogs and it functions as well as it could, and it doesn’t slide around overly much. One thing I might wish for is a slightly more substantial back handle with more padding and black piping around it for better visibility—all of which would be helpful when you need to locate and grab it in a hurry. Again, just a really nice harness for the price. In fact, because it’s so affordable, we can order one or two more to hold on to in case the design changes drastically or it gets discontinued (which hopefully it won’t)!

Love this harness. The color is bright and looks just like the photo. Often once you recieved the item the color is off, but not this one! Sturdy harness, made well with good stitching. The size is perfect with room to grow. Daisy is a 59lb. Wolf hybrid, fluffy long haired dog. Has the front no pull, safe for dogs since it's a harness, not around the neck, no choking. You can see the reflective section on the harness on the photos.

Very well made and padded. Has lots and lots of extra room for adjustment. First I went with a medium for my Boston but it was too heavy and big. The small adjusted perfectly. She is 19 pounds. Has hooks for leash on top and bottom which is very nice. Pink and black colors look sharp together. Thanks

I bought the same item this year just in a different color. It was very sturdy and wider. Unfortunately, being a light color it got dirty fast and as many times as I washed it it didn’t look good. I decided to buy it again, this time in a darker color. I noticed a difference right away, the ring to attach the leash is not as sturdy, the width is different and the harness is not as padded as the previous one. The buckles are different also. I don’t understand how the same product can be so different in just months. I hope it lasts. I doubts that I will buy it again as I was disappointed with the difference in quality and sturdiness on same harnesses bought just months apart. I’m editing my review (11/29/21) because the seller contacted me to fix the problem. I was very pleased with the level of care and commitment from them. When I explained that I had reordered the same harness but in another color and gotten a different one, they immediately offer me a replacement. Their correspondence was very professional and showed eagerness to make the customer happy. I will continue to buy from them as it is obvious that they care for their customers. Very satisfied with them and my new replacement harness. 5 stars all the way.

I actually love these harnesses . I have the one in pink and grey . I originally ordered the medium as some of the harnesses she had is medium . However , I did have to return for a small and even then it is a bit loose . She is 18 lbs for the size reference. I tried tightening for a better fit but it’s strong so I leave it as is , she needs to breathe anyways lol . It gives her lots of support as she LOVES to walk on two feet , the price is not bad and it doesn’t help with pulling unless you pair it was a restrictive bungee leash like the one in the photo . Overall , I love these harnesses.

Avevo preso una s per il mio jack russell ma era un pochino grande e quindi l'ho rimandata indietro e ho preso una xs ma è minuscola Poi ho avuto problemi di salute e sono stata in ospedale per un mese ed è scaduto il tempo per la restituzione vorrei sapere come fare e se è possibile fare la restituzione grazie

Excelente produto, principalmente pra bulldog inglês que tem peito largo, e muito troncudo. Regulagem no pescoco e no corpo e muito bonito.

Súper buen producto. Se siente seguro y de calidad igual o mejor que los arneses en tiendas de mascotas famosas, pero a un mejor precio. Nada incomodo a pesar de ser ‘chunky’, se deja ponérselo sin problema, con el anterior de tienda famosa huía solo al verlo y le lastimaba el pecho. Me encanta el color y los broches que combinan, se ven y sienten seguros para el paseo y cinturón del carro. Temíamos la talla, pero la M le quedó perfecta (pug/hembra/10kg). La manija en la espalda y el antireflejante son un plus que no esperábamos fueran tan útiles, le compramos una correa y collar lila a juego y ahora es la más insoportable del parque!

Compre para mis perritas pues prefiero un arnés considero que son más seguros. Este tenía todo lo que buscaba los bordes son del color tiene el aro en mitad de la espalda y pecho La talla es la indicada. Les es cómodo a Miguis y Doogie Es de muy buena calidad definitivamente valen su precio Se mantienen ajustados durante el paseo ( no se aflojan, como otros más baratos) ; y aunque al principio fue difícil ajustarlo creo que eso es parte de que no se afloje, además de que ahora que ya se hacerlo no es difícil Y el aro en el pecho anti tirones realmente ha logrado que no me jalen por la calle y se comporten mejor durante los paseos
