I brought it for my cross stitch stand, found it too heavy kept tipping stand over. Resorted to attaching it to a table. Then this defeats the purpose of using it anywhere else. Good light a very bright but was not suitable for myself.

This is a great bit of kit, perfect for crafting, diamond painting especially. The magnifier seems a little heavy for the adjustable bendy upright tube. But not to any overpowering detriment. I hope with use it does not weaken. I think the product would benefit from an interchangeable weighted base, then you could alternate between clip base or freestanding. This would be a much more saleable/appealing product then too.

Brightness adjustment is very easy to use, the LEDs themselves with the power brick provided is quite good quality, the brick itself that is given for power does not feel lightweight or cheaply made so it's not a house fire starter, well made and does the job; what more can I say?

I use this lamp to help me when I draw it also helps if I want to draw small things.

Can only use it as a light and not magnifier because I bought this for diamond painting and have to use a pen but there is no room to hold the pen if your looking through the magnifier.Light flickers constantly like its got a loose connection. Nice white colour of light though and lights up the room.

Easier to do my crosstitch

This is a great magnifyer and the table clip comes in very handy... works well for paint by numbers on very small areas and the built in light makes it even more of a value for money item. I would recommend this item to friends...
