The media could not be loaded. Upon reading the reviews complaining about the wall anchors and wobbliness, I thought I could use carriage bolts and it would be fine. However, no matter how well you bolt the clips to the wall, the clips just don’t lock tightly to the round steps… The clip design is just dreadful, and there’s no hardware you can buy that would fix it. It was designed so you can take the steps down in seconds, and leave just the clips in the wall, but why would anyone need to do that??! My cat was excited and tried to use it right away, but got scared because of how wobbly they are, and is now afraid of it! I don’t blame him. Now I wasted a few hours of my time and have tons of gaping holes in my wall and a scared cat

The posts are solid enough, the hammock is... fine... But the wall attachments need some work. Considering you have to put in the wall 4 screws with drywall anchors, one would expect the final assembly to be sturdy. Unfortunately that is not the case. Once you attach the posts to the slide clamp the ultimate result are posts that sag downward and wiggle terribly. You can try to bend the metal a bit to tighten the give, but ultimately they look cheap as they do not stand straight out from the wall.... Finally, the looseness of the fit means my cat is scared to climb on them and hasn't touched them since the install. Close, but no cigar. Either get something better made or be prepared to customize the installation before you expect it to work as advertised.

Good idea but not sure it was fully thought out. I’ve got 2 kittens 4 & 5 pounds. And they’re both way too heavy for the drywall anchors provided. The posts are good. The brackets are good. But really doesn’t do much good unless they’re at least partially screwed into a stud. I say partially because only 2 of the 4 screws for the wall mount will go directly into the stud. The other 2 are sheet rock anchors. 4 screws per anchor.

Hard to assemble, but don’t bother anyway because the mounting brackets are useless. Going to have to get pieces of wood and screw the posts into those, then mount to the wall. Such a bummer

These are not flush to the wall, there’s a gap between the wall and the item because the hooks are clumsy, and overall it doesn’t feel secure at all. Also, my cats didn’t even look at them, but it is not the fault of the product. I also didn’t like that the hammock gets attacked with two strings, where I have seen other products have pockets for added safety these just looked very flimsy to me
