Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World: The Complete Season - Limited Edition Blu-ray + DVD + Digital

You have your Aesthetica of a Rogue Hero and Arifureta type 12 eps that really don't disappoint, this release is my new favorite in the Iseki Funimation collection. In a bit of poke fun at Anilpex our male and female protagonist are more or less Funimation art work Asuna and Kirito aesthetically. Either way, I really liked this story and opted to buy the ongoing light novel series to see where it ends up post the anime.

I guess I overlook the importance of "the complete season" and it got translated in my head to complete series. I did enjoy the first 12 episodes which made it worst because now I have to wait for season two. Also, hadn't planned on splurging $45 to not have a completed story.

I think everyone should buy this anime I love the storyline you should check it out great anime.

The whole storyline does feel like it jumps from one thing idea then to another yet liked the chars & look forward to the next season.

One country uses technology while the other uses magic. It would have been interesting to see these two war methods go at it on equal footing but the side that uses technology employs magic as well. Well, sort of.A magic wielding war princess faces off with one of the tech nation's top agents and clumsily stumbles into a love she mistakenly calls a rivalry. What follows is a series of unlikely encounters between the two in neutral cities to only further deepen their involvement with one another. Though they both seek a peaceful resolution to their respected country regarding the war, the war princess and agent are having one heck of a time finding a solution they both can agree on.There are a lot of third parties getting in the way of their dates--I mean, battles.The visuals are done really well throughout from the fighting to casual events. Even the level of details towards the war princess's attire is phenomenal. That is a complicated looking dress. Most studios would go with CGI whenever possible, but these guys thankfully stuck with 2D throughout. The anime ends decently but there is obviously more story that is to be told. Hopefully the studio can secure a second season down the road but if not, the light novels are available.

Not exactly what I expected title makes it sound better then what it is but I still watched the first half and you have to pay attention to story line still a good cartoon but kind a meant for young adults but still price could have been cheaper not worth the price
