This is the most comfortable pillow I have ever purchased. It is soft but does not flatten as you sleep. It's as fluffy in the morning as it is the minute you put your head down as night. I am a side sleeper, and it is perfect for me. Makes it harder than usual to get out of bed in the morning. I am not one to review a pillow, but this one is worth it. No odor and far surpasses any pillow filled with foam or feathers.

These didn’t come vacuum sealed (I think -my boyfriend opened the package) and they were pretty thin and when Id lay my head on it, my head would touch the bed (I.e it was completely flat). So I initially thought these are crap, I’m returning them ASAP. But he asked if we could give them a chance so I agreed. And I was surprised to find the next day that they were so fluffy/puffy but also so soft?!? So I came to the Amazon page and realized it says something along the lines of to allowing 24hr for them to puff up. So I really fluffed them and beat them really good up to get air inside of them. And they became super nice and fluffy with a sturdy upright shape when the bed is made. With “firm” pillows, I typically picture a puffy and thick pillow that doesn’t sink much when you lay my head on it. That makes my neck hurt. And the word “soft” when it comes to pillows, I associate that with a pillow that you head sinks so much that it’s like laying on nothing. That’s why I bought this “medium-firm” because I didn’t want to lay my head on a rock but I also didn’t want a weak a** pillow. By saying this pillow is soft and puffy I mean it has a lot of volume and it’s thick but it is not obnoxiously resistant to mending to the shape of your head. My head doesn’t sink into nothingness, instead this pillow holds my head up just the right amount. I think what allows me to say that it holds MY head up perfectly is that it is adjustable in that you can super easily mess with it/fluff/puff it around and make it hold your head up higher or lower (I.e make it firmer or flatter). Now it’s become the first pillow I reach for every night (most comfortable) and the one I put in the front when I made the bed (it’s pretty - holds up it’s shape but it also looks cozy, soft and inviting).For reference, I mostly sleep on my stomach with one shoulder under the pillow. Also great when laying on my back bc it has so much volume (thick) but very soft so it kind of puffs up on the sides of your head and neck, thereby holding you in that position and providing support.Comfort during sleep is so important, and it’s hard to choose a pillow online, so I hope you found this helpful

Love these so far. Very puffy. Maybe a bit much for back sleeping but I expect them to flatten a little. Can be used comfortably as a body pillow if you’re short like me. Make me love getting in bed. If they flatten out a whole lot or in a very short time I will edit

These are much better for my neck and head than foam pillows. But... They are advertised to be machine washable and dryable in your washer and dryer. By this they mean large Commercial washers and dryers. If you try to wash these in your home washing machine, they get very, very heavy, 30 pounds each when soaked with water. This will cause a lot of mechanical stress on your washer during the spin cycle, possibly causing damage to your machine. After taking them out of the washer, they will be completely saturated and very heavy. Do not put them immediately into a dryer. Hang them over a metal chair or barbell pole in the garage for the rest of the day (or two days) to let as much water drain out of them before putting them into the dryer. It will then take several hours and many, many drying cycles to fully dry and refluff them. I've tried several methods, but for me, if I wash them on Saturday morning, they still won't be completely dry on Wednesday. And they never return to their original fluffiness.

They refunded half since only one came. The pillow is pretty firm and not same as my other serta down illusions. Don’t like it so well

These are okay pillows but they are a little fluffy and fat then when you lay on them you sink down pretty far. Nonetheless my kids liked them so that's a win. A little on the pricey side.

Sleep on a cloud, i could not sleep however with these pillows I sleep all night! Buying my daughter a set when back in stock! Must let them rise for a day as quoted! Best ever!!!!

Very comfortable. Although I ordered standard size and got king size they're still very comfortable. A bit big for my bed but I'll make them work.
