Kikkoman, Bread Crumb,Panko 8 Oz

This is my favourite breading product. However, it has been sold as a set of 2 boxes. They are obviously very separate. One has an expiration date of November 2022. The other has a date within the NEXT 2 DAYS!! FEBRUARY 18, 2022. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

$22/just over a lb of bread crumbs. Be aware of the size offered.

A great choice for bread crumbs.

This is great Panko, tastes just like the regular version. My husband can't have wheat so this is great for breading chicken which he loves. I usually make chicken cutlets and put the Panko in a shallow dish and about 5 T of Parmesan cheese and mix the the two and then put a little low-fat mayonnaise on each cutlet and dip in the Panko/Parmesan mix. Fry in fair amount of oil, and it's really a hit every time I have service this. KIkkoman make very good products, can't go wrong if you can't have wheat products.

This is a well-made, neutral product, that doesn't add any flavors to what you're cooking, which is a good thing. Too bad it was shipped in a BAG!! Bad idea.
