Living in a region with frequent rain and overcast skies, seasonal affective disorder (SAD) is quite prevalent. To combat this, I rely on my "happy light" almost daily during the winter and rainy seasons. I keep it illuminated while cooking dinner, working at the computer, or tidying up. It offers various dimming options that I adjust based on my proximity to it; when directly in front, I utilize lower settings, but when it's positioned behind me, it remains at full brightness.The light's frame is both aesthetically pleasing and robust, seamlessly blending in as a regular piece of furniture. However, it's worth noting that the plug-in end is larger, resembling a block, so when using an extension cord, keep its size in mind.

This “sun lamp” is very pretty. All the others I have seen look like an IPad. It serves it’s purpose, which is to provide light that makes you feel good. It makes me feel good whether it’s on or off. It’s a perfect size for my bedroom night table or a desk. I love it!

I wanted to link this to a wall outlet control to be able to turn it on, automatically, in the morning. When power is applied, it stays off until a button is pressed. Works, but not as I'd expect for a light.

I feel better when I use it. Working in an office without windows and the winter months make me feel gloomy. My new light helps my mood a lot! It took a while to get used to it. Starting at a low setting the first couple of times is key. It's a great size and easy to move around to other locations.

Excellent for winter

I was hoping for a more full size light, but this is small. It does work if it's fairly close to your head.

I love this lamp. It is so much more beautiful and sci-fi looking than most SAD lamps, and is something I use in place of a ring light anytime I am on a zoom call (my condition makes it so I need a couple rounds of light therapy a day, so this suits me perfectly). 3 different light temperatures with many degrees of brightness make it so I can have the light I want even on a gloomy winter day.It does plug into a wall during use, but is very lightweight (plastic), so even with my kitten tromping around she does not risk injury. Very pleased with this purchase!

I work from home and while I have a light filled office with windows, winter sky's and rainy days leave me feeling blah. I purchased this light to see if it could make a difference, and it did. The style is more attractive than others even though it is made of plastic, and the timer is a huge plus! I highly recommend this product.

Small and easy to use. Looks nice on table

It's diffuse but a little too white ..but it was a gift so it's up to the receiver if they like it. It works, it's light and the design is pretty enough to keep out on your desk.

Im so so so happy i got this. It totally helps keep your mood up and helps keep the winter blues away :) . Mood wise this has been the best winter ive had :) thank you. Without it i may not he here. Xoxo
