This is a really useful pastry mat and a great addition to the kitchen if you do any baking at home. The large size is one of the best things about it, as it gives plenty of space to work without feeling cramped, whether you are rolling dough, pastry or pizza base. The non-slip design works well and helps keep the mat in place while using it, which makes the whole process easier and less messy. I also like the measurement markings, as they are genuinely useful when trying to get the right size or thickness without guessing. The silicone material feels good quality, easy to clean and much more convenient than working directly on the worktop. It rolls away for storage as well, which is helpful. Overall, this is a practical, well-made baking mat that does exactly what it should. Great size, easy to clean and very handy for regular baking.

I am absolutely delighted both with the speed of delivery and the quality of the item! I hate making pastry but have found a Nancy Birtwhistle recipe for shortcrust using olive oil(no rubbing in!) Shop bought pastry is full of PALM OIL so that is a big No No! I have a small kitchen so only a small space for “rolling out”. This quality mat makes accurately rolling out your pastry to size an absolute doddle because all the sizes I will want are clearly marked. Added to that it is NON SLIP and very easily cleaned. NB Different size mats are available too.

What excellent value for money and such a well made product. I wasn’t sure I’d ordered a realistic size for the available space on my work top but it was perfect. I’ve never owned a bread scraper despite being a bread baker so I was thrilled to receive one with my order - I missed the picture when I was ordering the mat. The little soft ring is perfect for keeping everything neat when it’s rolled up. It’s very ‘siliconey’ so really firm grip on the work surface. I’m going to be ordering more of these as presents - it arrived promptly and doesn’t weigh much so all round a perfectly useful, economical item for posting too. Thank you to the supplier for this amazing worthwhile purchase. If you can’t already guess, I would highly recommend this wonderful kitchen item.

It takes up most of my countertop (mat size 91.4 × 61 cm). Non-stick and absolutely fabulous. It makes working with marzipan, paste, and chocolate so easy. I can’t wait to try it with dough. It’s also very easy to clean. For storage, the mat can be rolled up, which works fine, though it does take up some room when rolled. It’s easy to fold it down into a smaller size, but the underside can be a bit sticky, which can make folding a little tricky. Despite that, it’s thick, durable, and great for heavy-duty use. The only downside is that the red text and numbers are difficult to read, while you can somewhat make out the measurement lines around the edge, they’re not very clear. If you’re hard of sight or have a dark countertop, you may want to consider a version with a different colour instead of red.

It’s not very often I leave a review, normally only if something is very good or very bad. This silicon mat is brilliant, received it today and used it straight away to knead some bread dough on. I’ve always struggled with kneading dough on boards and worktops as they always move or stick like #*)£ to a blanket. This does neither. My dough was silky smooth and a lot quicker as I didn’t have to keep adjusting the board or scrap dough off the worktop. I’ll be buying a few of these as gifts for family members who also bake.

I bought one from one of the Chinese sites and it was an absolute flop. This mat is so good, it doesn't slip and doesn't stick. I love it. It is portable, easy to clean and thick enough but not heavy. I dont think I have notice any smell after washing with warm soapy water
