Used for a halloween costume! (Tiffany Valentine!) it had lots of fluff to it, and many layers. It was pretty short but i didn’t mind it too much. It was itchy, but so is all tulle.

It was very full once it was fluffed out.

If you're looking for a tulle skirt to complete your costume/outfit/look then look no further! I wore this for my daughter's birthday at the end of August in the Las Vegas triple digit heat, walking up and down the Strip and it was soooo comfortable. I'm on the bigger side and I didn't have any issues with it bunching or riding up at all! I also have very sensitive skin and I NEVER felt the tulle irritate or rub against my skin. I felt so freakin' cute in this and got quite a few compliments as well. Highly recommended!!!

Fell apart after one wash.Cheap under skirt.Overall just ok, worked for what I needed it for, but I only got one use out of it before it fell apart. Glued it together for a second use then got rid of it.

Used this black and purple tutu for my Ursula outfit for Halloween and it came out so cute! Paired with a black shirt, leggings, tiara, and singing shell necklace with Ariel's voice & my costume was a hit! Also can reuse it again in the future. Great buy!
