poor handling and packaging
The sauce itself is delicious, but they come in glass jars. They were shrink wrapped together in a box then tucked into another box just slightly larger with air packs on top. Though the box is clearly labeled "fragile," it might have been tossed around. Since there was no padding on the sides to keep the inner box in place, as one would expect, a jar cracked, spilling sauce throughout the box. A huge sticky mess and leaving just 11 useable jars instead of the 12 ordered.
