Missing a top to one of the wax pots. Only solution was for me to return for replacement or refund…I really don’t think that’s acceptable considering I have to go out of my way to drop it off and wait for another pot which may or may not come with all pieces. Was not offered to get sent a top, that wasn’t an option

Use this daily in a salon setting. However the first time I cleaned the wax off the front of the warmer, the printed in numbers and design came off around the knobs. Otherwise it is currently heating and melting the wax just fine.

Works great I use hard wax on one side and soft on the other. Temperature gets to set point fairly quick and once set the temp stays nice. I believe the lid provided really helps speed things up. No timer though, if you like to have it warming while away or prior to first part of day.

This does not fit standard cans in USA. Satin Smooth or GiGi will not fit. The warmer is too large.

I used a wax remover to clean up the pot a bit and the #s came off of the temperature control area. Such a bummer bc now I can’t see what degree it is at and that’s so important when it comes to wax!
