Thee Best Magnesium Product On The Market!!!!
High absorption means effectiveness and this is what this excellent product delivers. I had tried a different brand and type of magnesium but I am glad I have switched back. It just arrived last night and I took two and slept like a baby. I also felt internally very calm. Highly recommend.

Excellent Magnesium.
I’ve been using this brand of Magnesium for awhile now and continue to purchase it because it works well for my body. Had my Homeopathic practitioner test it against another type of Magnesium and this one is 100% better for me. Easy to swallow and no aftertaste that I can detect.

More than meets my needs
My labs reflected I was low in Calcium and Magnesium since my daily regiment of these two minerals I feel great and I am scheduled for more lab work in the near future so as to compare with the information prior to using this product.

Aquired Taste
Overall this is not bad, the taste is not bad but it has a grainy texture to it. If you can get past the grainy texture it's easy to take. I keep mine in the fridge and take as directed. I'm not sure I will order gain due to the texture.

Calcium My Sensitive Stomach can tolerate
I have felt guilty for years about not regularly taking the calcium supplements recommended by various doctors, but calcium makes me sick to my stomach. This is the only calcium supplement I have found that doesn’t make me feel nauseated. The down side to this product is that it takes FOUR capsules to get 500 mg calcium/250 mg magnesium. So that’s 8-12 capsules a day depending on your dose. And I learned to swallow them one at a time because when I tried to swallow two together they fused in my throat and would NOT go down and eventually triggered my gag reflex, also unpleasant. But—I still like it better than any other supplement I found and I like the fact that it is algae based and not from rocks. I have already reordered it.

Very great product due to the quantity for the amount paid!!! I love that it's calcium and magnesium together as opposed to only calcium.
