Very useful
Bought this to help with holding tiny lip ring metal balls. It works great!

Grab those balls!
Saw a girl in TikTok use one of these for changing body jewelry and could not have smashed the purchase button any faster. I struggle with my fingers, especially with fake nails, and getting the tiny balls off is so hard, and then they fall and are lost. Got this today and I'm gonna say it's a game changer! Little bit of a learning curve to it but otherwise simple to use. Now I just struggle to hold the ring still lol.

Good tool
Thought it would help me unscrew a piercing. It didn’t but it did help me pick up the piercing ball that fell

Seems to work well
I've only used it once and it seems like it takes some getting used to but I put the back of my Helix earring on with it and when I finally figured out how to screw it on, I was able to also tighten it with this and it has not come loose or fallen off like other ones have in the past when I've used just my fingers.

Great
Helpful because my nails are too long

Kinda works
For picking up small things for making jewlery and stuff, this works great. For screwing in jewlery, it barely works if it all, definitely not tiny piercing jewlery.

amazing tool with a caveat
this tool works great for grabbing small things for models and crafting. i noticed the prongs starting to stick out even after the plunger was fully released. i thought it was broke already so i hopped on here to order another.in waiting, i was fiddling with it and saw that the plunger portion was spinning quite a lot. i had a hunch there was something threaded going on in there. turns out; yes, if you spin the plunger a lot, it may loosen and effect their grabbability. i took the whole tool apart and it breaks down into four pieces. the grabby bits are attached to a metal rod with a threaded end. the threads go into the plunger. between those are the spring and the whole housing. i guess you could apply a little lubrication if you wanted to make it smoother.so i suppose this this is a lightweight parts breakdown for a jewelers tool that i never knew i was going to write. i'm glad i ordered an extra.

Don't buy to apply jewelry
Seen alot of people say this was good for threading on bead jewelry definitely not strong enough to hold on to the balls or to keep the threads lined up
