Terrific Ending to a Great Series
Wonderful fantasy adventure series for 10-12 year olds (and parents alike). Teaches Norse mythology in entertaining manner. Touches on difficult relationships without being overbearing. Diverse cast of characters without forced propaganda. And everyone likes Baldwin. Have read to two of my three kids, and will read again to the third when they are a bit older.

A Fitting End to an Excellent Series
I've been waiting for this book, and I missed it! Dang me, anyway because this is an excellent conclusion to the trilogy. Like the first two volumes (Loki's Wolves and Odin's Ravens,) you learn quite a bit of Norse mythology while enjoying an action-packed, danger-ridden story starring a group of thirteen and fourteen year old kids who are all descended from the original Norse pantheon. Matt Thorsen is Thor's champion at Ragnarok, which is the end of the gods in Norse Mythology. Unfortunately, it will be the end of everything else at the same time, and nobody wants that. Except, well, read the books to find out. Matt and his friends struggle with ethical and moral dilemmas galore, and it's not certain until almost the end whether they'll get through it, or if the world will end. Recommended for anyone who likes a good ensemble cast in a good action adventure series! Go on, read it, Odin will smile.

A good read
The latest installment of K.L. Armstrong's Blackwell Pages Trilogy was much anticipated. Once my son picked up the book, he couldn't put it down. When asked how he liked it, he said, " It was pretty good but it could have been better." According to him, it met his expectations but did not go "above and beyond" it. There were a number of times the story line could have been expanded but it almost seemed like the author wanted to rush through and complete the story. It was still a good book and the ending left the possibility of more adventures to come. This book is not really a standalone because you need to know some of the backstories of the characters in the previous installments. He rated it a four out of five stars.

but if you like to read something for relax
It's an exciting conclusion of the trilogy, although I felt at all three, that the end of the book is a bit rushed. It's not really answering a lot of questions, which I had during reading, but if you like to read something for relax, this will be a good read.

Part of an excellent trilogy
My middle-schooler son LOVED this book, along with the rest of the Blackwell Pages trilogy (Lokiβs Wolves & Odinβs Ravens).

Not a bad ending
The final book was good, well written but at the same time it felt rushed somehow. I liked the ending and how the characters where developed. I only wish some of the action was edited so that there was more time for the battle as well as the overall ending. Still a good read.

Really enjoyed the conclusion to this series, there were a couple of surprises but I was pleased with how things ended! I will miss the kids adventures though! Great end to a great series!
