New Favorite Condiment
A friend told me about this sauce but it is hard to find in our local stores. Amazon to the rescue. A great price when purchased in a 6-pack, we split a box! Great on pork and chicken, gonna try on fish as well. Also tried on chipotle bean burgers and yum! And pork tacos. Sweet with a kick! Gonna keep trying it on lots of different things because I LOVE this sauce.

The BEST sauce for meats!!!
I have been buying these in packs of 6. They are best with California Tri Tip and pork loins. I cater many parties and I get numerous compliments every time. Slight zest to it so don't worry about being too spicy with chipotles. Lots of flavor.

Addiction in a bottle!
Avoid this like the plague if you’re trying to avoid sugar. I say this because of my hubbies addiction to sauces. We have so many different sauces in our fridge (and pantry) it’s kinda disturbing. But I collect wine (which is my “sauce” 😉😉) and he collects literal SAUCE.I took a taste one day and it’s definitely. 👍🏻👍🏻 fab flavor, just the right amount of everything. Give it a whirl (in moderation) 🙃

I like it better than barbecue sauce.
We purchased the sauce at Costco in San Diego. Great for pork chops, chicken and other meats. Costco does not carry the sauce where we live, so bought it from Amazon. A good price, the same flavor and texture as the sauce purchased in San Diego. Will purchase more of the sauce from Amazon.

Great on everything I've put it with or on
Great on cream cheese with crackers as a quick appetizer. Main course? Tried it on pork and chicken. Just a little salt & pepper, cook the pork while heating up the sauce in a pan then brushing the sauce on for the last 5 minutes of cooking and of course, you have to bring the rest of the sauce to the table.

Excellent flavor, consistancy and various uses.
I use as a flavor base for a cooking salmon. Combined with butter, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce Worchester Sauce, Garlic, orange juice and rosemary, it provides an excellent flavor for pan cooking salmon. Useable in many dishes for flavor and a little kick in heat.
