Highly Recommended for Beginners
The intro actually says this book is for beginners. I am an experienced author with around 40 titles published on Amazon under various pennames, and I have written on this topic myself. This short book provides an excellent overview of the Kindle writing, publishing and marketing process.

Great for the full-time worker
I want to write a book about a particular physical challenge I have recently done. I have previously read Joanna Penn's book on writing a book and came across Hassan through a Udemy course on management which lead me to this free book on a topic that I wanted to know more about. Unlike Joanna, Hassan has a full time job and as the title of the book suggest and offers a great guide on how to not only come up with an idea for a book but to break down the work involved for it into several easy to follow steps to write a book in your free time. I will definitely be following his advice and will probably re-read this book in the new year when I start my project. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to write a book with a full time job.

Clear and concise advice
I liked this book, written by an author who has absolutely followed his own advice and written something really useful. The book itself is a great template for how to structure an e-book and the writing style is warm and clear. As many other reviewers have noted, waffle free! Will be referring back to it as a guide.

Spot on!
The book really covered the subject of writing a book on the side well. The marketing side didn't get much cover, but that's expected in a short book as it would require another complete book. But the topic of writing was covered really well and it gave me some very good new ideas.

A model of conciseness
Its advice won't suit everyone, but this is a short, content-packed, waffle-free step-by-step guide that delivers what it promises.

Great book; Well worth the cost!
I picked up this book, not sure what I could get from it due to the short length. There is a very detailed description and explanation of the ESSENTIALS to self-publish. I enjoyed the confidence enspired by the direct concise steps and complete plan. Many recommendations for professional services for those skills you prefer to hire out. A GREAT READ!

Not overly useful
I think this author wrote this book“On the side” and I didn’t find it that useful or even current

Great and inspiring
For all executives that have a lot to share, we can certainly find inspiration and easy to follow guidelines in this book. It is the second one I enjoy of the author and I will certainly keep exploring his work. I do look forward to follow his path described in the book to prove it for myself.

Practical advices
The author has followed an easy-to-understand and realistic approach.I am not convinced of the way to get initial reviews using your own network, because it doesn't work for most of the authors. He is lucky in that aspect. I didn't get such a favor for any of my few published books.
