I'm plant based, so I need a good vitamin B12. For some reason, my body doesn't absorb B12 very well when I take them by pill form. But these go under your tongue, so they absorb right into your bloodstream. That's the way my body best absorbs them according to my doctor. I'm assured I will actually get the B12 I need by taking them this way. Plus, I don't like swallowing pills anyway. These are easier to take and they taste great.

I've had sublingual pills before - they are usually very small, fit under your tongue and dissolve without you knowing it. These are much larger and do dissolve but turn to mush and have a terrible taste. Then you have to swallow that mush. Nasty.

I was low on my B12 and ordered this brand. The reviews were good so I thought why not. All I can feel is a chalky texture after putting it in my mouth. As for the flavor, there is non to speak of. I tried a few days worth thinking it's me but, it's not. Needless to say, I'm ordering another brand. The packaging was fine the number of pills I suppose was correct I didn't count. I would not recommend this product.

It is all good. I prefer ylts always use the more natural and easier andormed methylcobalimin form
