Best cargo area protection
I waited a year to write this review in order that my comments were accurate and could be taken seriously. This system of mats is the only one I found (and I looked diligently) that covers the entire cargo area, is brilliantly designed with a flap that covers the gap that appears when the rear seats are folded down, looks stunning with its quilted construction, is truly waterproof, and, after one year of use, still looks as good as new. Even the gold stitching on the black background doesn't appear to have darkened, stained, or changed color. At our weekend place, I have to go to the "recycling center" each week with trash and recyclables. Despite leaky bags and lots of dirty, rough, and abrasive debris (including cinder blocks, brush, and bags of concrete mix) the mats appear as new. Almost every time I open the rear hatch to remove "recyclables" someone comments that they are the best looking mats they've ever seen and wants to know where to get them.Folks, lots of things shine and sparkle when new but, ultimately, disappoint. This Worth-Mat 3D product has stood the test of time and is among the best products, of any type, I've ever had the privilege of owning. Do yourself a favor and buy a set. You'll not regret it and most everyone who sees them will want them. Most enthusiastically recommended. John Zermani.

Good materials, well constructed and a perfect fit . . . Works for me.
If you’ve ever felt, as I did, that carrying anything harder or pointier than fluffy blankets or beach balls risked costly damage to your Cayenne, you’ll want to give this system a look. It covers the floor, sides and rear folding seatbacks with a very impressive quilted material. Half of the wonder is the quality of the product, while the other half (to my mind) is that such a product exists in the first place. My Cayenne has a somewhat non-standard light umber and tartufo interior--that’s brown and light brown in non-Porschespeak—and I figured the beige option offered here would be too light to match. So I ordered black, and was pleased to see that it was quilted with a tan-colored thread that looks good with my upholstery. The material itself is also classy; a grained-vinyl with a foam backing that has a nice pebble texture on the rear. The diamond-quilting hints strongly of a Bentley (before everyone else started doing it) and, in fact, the material would make a credible seating surface. It’s early days in using this, but I’m pretty optimistic about the durability. You can scratch the vinyl pretty hard with the edge of a knife without it showing any marking. I’m sure it could be cut by a really sharp edge, but it doesn’t seem that dragging around suitcases or off-road gear boxes (my principle worry) will do any damage. And the surface doesn’t attract a bunch of dirt and stains; it looks really easy to keep clean long-term. Plus the edging is both strong and attractive. All in all, the construction of the pieces and the care with which they were sewn are impressive, with fewer than a dozen stray and loose threads which were easily dealt with. Now for a word about the quality of the fit, which is extremely high. Far from being a universal fit, this set is precisely made for the 958 Cayennes. At first glance, the floor piece might seem a few inches long (stay forward, obviously, of the tailgate latch hole) but then you realize that it’s been done perfectly to accommodate the second-row seat fore-aft adjustment, and that what at first appears to be extra material tucks nicely behind the seat backs. And the two side pieces aren't just flat; they have extra material sewn in to precisely match the shape of the Cayenne's panels. On a Gen II Cayenne is that there are substantial raised plastic surrounds on the rear seatbacks. The three seatback pieces sent me are perfectly sized to cover the carpeted areas but do not extend to cover the plastic. This isn’t a flaw, since I don’t think it would have looked good had the pieces extended further out, but it does mean you could pick up scratches on the plastic. And covering the plastic wouldn’t have been compatible with this product’s strongest advantage: They are stone simple to install. This is because the hook-and-loop on the back of the product is freakishly perfect at grabbing directly to the carpet of the cargo area. There is no need (as I was afraid there would be) to attach anything to the vehicle itself. Each side and seatback piece of the set has numerous flaps of hook-and-loop sturdily sewn into the back side of each piece and all that’s required for “installation” is to put the piece in the right position and press along the edges. (Best to lay the gravity-only floor mat in first, it seems.) The pieces attach securely and stay attached. They can, however, be removed simply by tugging gently along the edges to release the connection to the side and seatback carpet. Figure just a couple of minutes maximum to install or remove the whole set, though it takes a little longer if you care to obsess over lining up every seam and cutout in exactly the right spot. There is one tip worth passing on . . . if you have any doubts about whether you’re ordering the best version, it’d probably pay to contact the very helpful seller with the full details of your vehicle to find out exactly what to order. Amazon’s search doesn’t bring up everything the seller has. In my situation, I was more than willing to get the Amazon-listed item for the “Cayenne with Net.” But upon seeing a photo of my driver’s side rear area, the seller pointed out that I’d be better off with the version they had that had a cutout for the intake vent grill that 958s have in lieu of the net if they have the 4-zone climate control option, which hadn’t come up in my Amazon listings as a possibility. So instead of “pretty darn custom,” I have “amazingly custom,” complete with an opening for the 4-zone intake grill.Be sure to order several weeks in advance of your need. As seems very reasonable for a totally custom product, the listing points out that it takes several weeks for the product to arrive. (Mine actually arrived well before expected.)One last point is that the mat set seems very reasonably priced to me. It costs about what Porsche charges for four plastic center caps or a couple of key fob trims, so in Cayenne terms, they’re a bargain. And the cost of the entire set is not too much more than it costs for the Porsche carpet or rubber cargo floor mats.Equally impressive is that the mat set exists at all. One doesn’t expect manufacturers to bother making custom things for Porsche Cayennes, but these are amazing by not just being usable for Cayennes, but by being perfectly designed for Cayennes (and with multiple customizations at that). I think this is somewhat remarkable. In summary, if you have a reason--be it dogs, luggage, garden plants, outdoor gear or whatever--that your Cayenne could use some protection for the cargo area, I sincerely recommend these custom-fitted pieces. They appear well-made and sturdy and are very easy to install and remove. Much about them is impressive and I can’t see that they have any downsides.

Fits great and protects from pets.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I'll always have dogs so I've long searched for something to protect my SUV trunk area. Until now I've had to settle for "universal fit" covers but they should really be called "universal don't really fit" covers. This compromise is a thing of the past. The Worth Mat cover fits great and presents beautifully. I've had several friends ask me where I got these custom mats made. I rarely write reviews so hats off to Worth Mats for a great product. Check out the attached video.

Looks great
I am a bit picky with accessories for my cayanne but I wanted a rear mat to cover my beige interior for my skis & equipment. Decided to go with black with gold stitching even though the beige mat would have matched. I am very happy with the quality and the coverage of the mat. Also like the way It covers the backs of seats so if seats are folded down there is coverage all the way. It is an exact fit and was easy to install. It looks great!!

Worth It
Initial Quality Review: I do not typically write reviews, but I took a risk on these trunk mats as there were not any quality reviews that gave an understanding of the mats. I did not know what to expect from XPE leather (synthetic not real leather), this "leather" is exactly what I would want as floor mats, as they are more of a rubber that is meant to look as if it were leather and is thick enough to be durable. I am assuming this also means it's easy to clean. The contrasting color of the stitching is a nice accent, though I am semi fearful that it will stain easily and be very noticeable if it does. As for putting the mats in the car, they use velcro and mine were matched up exactly to the car, the velcro attaches to the carpeting already existing in the car. Although it is not required, I would recommend purchasing some velcro with this item to attach the mats to the plastic pieces that obviously the velcro would not stick to naturally. Overall I have owned many premium vehicles and had many floor mats and will say that the liners are a new concept for me but are significantly nicer than any OEM brand I have purchased and I can confidently say that they are the nicest floor mats I have ever seen or used, based on initial quality. I fully expect them to last, but only time will tell. If they degrade or if there are problems I will post an update, if not then you probably will not hear any more from me.

Looks nice, but isn't perfect
I wanted to cover the upholstery in my trunk due to frequently taking my dog in the car with me. These liners are a great idea, but the way they attach with velcro is a weak point. The seat back covers often come loose at the top, and I find the floor bunches up when you put items in the trunk. I ended up getting a rubber mat for the bottom.
