Ok, I don’t normally leave to many reviews. They put me on a medication that made me gain weight in my belly area, I take one a day and my stomach is so much better then it was. Seems to work well, no problems at all. It takes a little time but it works.

The Lecithin came quickly, in good condition (I ordered this item through Subscribe and Save, so shipped together with other products). I am very happy with this product, and it's working well for me. I take 3 each morning. I find it easy to take and have no problems with it whatsoever. Thanks!

Lecithin has always helped me focus and Soy Lecithin for some reason is best for me.

I use these to avoid clogged milk ducts when breastfeeding and I needed an easy way to get them to my house!

I feel like this made me more 'veiny'. It was nice to add to the vitamins and protein. Right now I'm on a tight budget so I'm going for other supplements and leaving this out but when I can get it back into my budget I will definitely start it again. Made my veins look good and made me feel like I had a better pump. I liked it.
