Natra-Bio The Rub, Pain Relief Arnica Cream for Sore Muscles & Injury Treatment, 4-Ounce Tube (Pack of 3)

I have DDD and had knee surgery in Sept for a torn meniscus. I also fell backwards off 2-3 steps in Dec and bruised my tailbone. As well, I went off prescription oxy last Feb 2017 after being on these for over ten years; our pain senses are hyper for who knows how long after being on these horrible prescription (or otherwise) drugs. I use a combination of many nontoxic methods for my various aches and pains, including calendula and arnica oils and arnica rubs alone. Both these ingredients are in 'The Rub' Because of my hypersensitivity, this is not, nor is anything I've tried my miracle cure; however it definitely helps. I have one in my kitchen, in my TV room, in my bathroom and in my car so I definitely find it's a necessary part of my treatment plan.

It took 18 days to recieve the Rub but it was worth the wait. I will try to see if I can get it locally from now on. It does work. It seems to calm down the pain I had in my back and my knee and will buy it again. It does not have a strong smell and rubs in easily. The only reason I did not give this a full five stars is because it took so long to get it.

I bruise very easily, always have, and 1/2 the time my legs look like they have been beaten up. With 2 kids and a dog beating on me it's no wonder I get so many bruises, so I have been on the search for a remedy that will make my bruises clear up, and FAST. I've tried the clear gel Arnica and it did next to nothing for my bruises, then I came across "The Rub Arnica" cream and gave it a try based on the good reviews. This stuff actually works! I've been using it on my bruises for 2 days now and all my bruises are already in the yellow stage! Normally when I get a bruise it lasts for a good month before going away, so I am so glad to have found a product that actually clears them up very fast. I apply the cream 3x a day and massage it into the bruise(s). I will definitely be purchasing this prouduct again- highly recommend!

I've never had any type of pain rub work like this. I've used arnica for bruising but had not used the cream until recently. Now I tell everyone I know when they complain of pain. I've used it for my shoulders which ached from a pinched nerve and I could go back to sleep immediately. I recently got thrown from my young greennbroke gelding and landed on my shoulder. It cured the aching by I guess freeing up the nerve, but I also now need a rotator cuff surgery and The Rub really alleviates my shoulder pain and pain in my hand which I also injured. Don't hesitate to buy it!

The manufacturer of the Arnica cream I used to use discontinued. This product seemed to be reasonable to try. Within a couple days, my legs broke out in a nasty rash. Went to see my MD, and he recognized an intense allergic reaction.Too many extra ingredients which I had never encountered before, so the benefit of the Arnica was lost to an alergic reaction, and I had to throw out the remainder.Lesson learned: more is not necessarily better. Stick with what's known and what works. For me, this product is neither. Your mileage may differ.

I have used this product for over 10 years. I initially started when a friend got me some after a car accident. It help with pain better that any prescription med the Dr. gives . I have given some to many friends and family, It helped about 75 % of them, with the remaining saying that they felt no relief. I'm not sure why it works on most but not all people. I couldn't live without it. !! My Mom uses it for her arthritic hands and loves it too ! Thanks for a great product.

A gardener recommended this product while I was purchasing an arnica plant from her. She swore it gave her grrat pain relief and I ageee it did take the edge off.

I bought this for my wife on a recomendation from a friend. She says it really helps with the pain from a knee replacement. She's happy, I'm happy :) It's a win, win.
