If you will be visiting Ohio and love oddball things and minutia, this book is for you. This book is categorized by areas and by town location so you can check to see if any oddities that interest you will be on your way or in close proximity to the towns you will be visiting. If have almost read it cover to cover and found it quite interesting. We live next door in Pennsylvania and I was looking for some interesting day trips. You will certainly enjoy the history of the places mentioned in this book as well as the author's humorous comments.

I gave this as a gift to my Grandma, who has never been to Ohio. I have lived in Ohio since 2000, and I think I need the book now too! She said the writing is exceptional!

Bought this for my daughter and family who love to go camping. They can’t wait to go visit these places.

Great read: interesting with a sense of humor! Recommend for all Ohio & neighboring State residents.

Overall the book was good. I believe the author tried too hard to be funny when there was nothing to be funny about in various places. I like certain topics and I do not want to feel badly because they interest me.

I would have enjoyed this book more if the ebook had been formatted correctly. I could site several instances when, in the middle of discussing one location, the author suddenly started discussing some place else, only to suddenly return to the original discussion. Not the authors fault. I was expecting more wacky-out-of-the-way places but I at least have a list of places to visit this summer. The author writes very well and her sense of humor is refreshing.

My dad loves it.
