I have bought these before, and they work well for me. They aren't fast dissolve or anything, so take one with a drink of water, and give it about an hour more or less to take effect. It's good to spend that hour getting ready for bed or relaxing or whatever, and then you're ready for sleep.I go to sleep a little early so I can wake up early. In the summer, it isn't always dark yet, but I use these year round. These help me get onto a regular sleep schedule. This is especially important for me on a Sunday night so I can wake up Monday morning.

After trying various remedies to address my restless nights, I stumbled upon this melatonin supplement. Initially, I was skeptical, but it actually does help.. Sorta. The first few hours after taking the supplement, I was able to fall asleep which was a change from the usual tossing and turning for hours before being able to drift into sleep. However, it’s not without its downsides. On some nights, I found myself awake in the midnight and staring at the ceiling and other nights, I was able to get a full night of sleep.The pill itself is very small, and although there is a version of this product that is sublingual, I prefer this one. There's less chemical garbage on the ingredients list and it's an easy swallow. I'd probably continue taking this despite sometimes getting only half night of sleep, bc the alternative might be just a restless night for the entirety of the evening.
