Not really what I needed for infrared rx to my body and head. Equipment seems ok enough for intended purpose, I guess

Worked great for a month
Worked great for a month, then half of it went out.Update: Still works okay. Many LEDs burned out now. Already replacing with a different light by different manufacturer.

consistent quality
DMetric IR Illuminator, AC 110V - 220V 850nm4 months now and the LED's have been burning out at a consistent rate.8 months now and the LED's are completely dead!
