Really easy to read
We did sugaring for the first time last year and realized it would be helpful to have a few items like a hydrometer and this refractometer is another cool tool to check the sugar content of the sap. Which will then inform you how long and brutal the boiling process will be. Less sugar content in the sap means way longer boiling and more sap to make a gallon of syrup. I'm excited for next sugaring season!
