Necklace broke twice. The first time it broke one day after received. I was able to get a replacement. The replacement broke the same day received. Shameful waste of money.

, but that was my fault for trusting a jewelry transaction online. The infinity charm and letter J were fine, but the chain makes it look cheap. Not only that, but at first after opening the packaging I thought I received an empty box cause it was under the insert of the box tangled up in itself. 10-15 minutes later “yes that’s how long it took me, because it looks and feels cheap as if I’ll break it.” I decided after that, I won’t ever do any more transactions involving jewelry online. This is the 3rd time I’ve been disappointed with jewelry purchases online. 3rd times a charm.
