OLLY Miss Mellow Capsules, Hormone Balance and Mood Support, Vegan Capsules, Supplement for Women - 30 Count

I have a severe form of PMS called PMDD, so I was willing to try anything to get some relief but my doctor recommended I find a supplement like this one. I used it regularly and started to notice a difference after 1-2 months. It didn't get rid of my mood swings completely, but it did make them less intense and more manageable. It had no affect on my physical symptoms like cramps, but I have a heat pad for that. The pills are kind of large so if you have trouble with swallowing pills, that's something to keep in mind. it actually has a pleasant, earthy taste to it as well.I stopped taking them for a couple cycles to see if there would be a difference, and my mood does feel a bit unmanageable at times, like it did before I started taking these. I went back to crying at random places lol so I am starting my subscription back up now that I am convinced that this product works.

Love these. Been taking these along with vitamin D for a little over a month now and I really feel a difference. I have more energy to run behind my kid all day, run errands, do more interactive play with her and feel more of a sense of urgency in the best way possible. I haven’t changed my lifestyle or diet except drinking more water but this has given me more motivation to get up and move. As a SAHM sometimes the days drag and you can’t help but doom scroll on IG or TT. Not so much anymore. It’s been really nice. Will be ordering more.

In order to get the seal on the bottle open, I ended up peeling the entire label off the bottle because the perforation didn’t tear properly. So I had a blank bottle and had to keep the wrapping in my med closet. Then the flip lid is too stubborn to open, so the entire lid pops off. Then the bottle looks to be mostly empty. Grr! Instead of this product helping my mood, the stupid bottle negates the happiness of taking the supplements.I think once I get past the irritation of the dumb bottle, the product helps my mood. I feel more cheerful. But, I’ve been having way more hot flashes since taking this product. I’ll give it another try, but if the next bottle is a huge pain and my hot flashes increase, I’ll stop buying it.

Not much takes the edge off my wife’s pms that is not a narcotic. Lol these work really well and make her even have a slightly better attitude. All natural so worry about taking too much or whether or not you can take them every day

I started taking some of the OLLY supplements to help with anxiety and found that though this does help to control anxious feelings and overwhelming emotions, it is also very draining, at least for me. I appreciate the effects that it has on calming me down, but I have to take them at night because if I take them during the day, I will tend to get sleepy an hour or so after taking it. The sleepiness is very similar to that of Benadryl. I don't really take them at night because that's usually when I am least busy and not anxious, but I still order them to keep nearby. Though they certainly wouldn't be helpful during a work day, they can be quite practical on the weekends if I know that I can get a quick powernap in, because I definitely will feel better. The pills are easy to swallow and have no flavor to them. I did find them to be a little pricy for the purpose of the supplement, but I know of others that cost more and do the same job as the OLLY ones. Over all I would give it a B+!
