Excellent customer service
I ordered this for a Quiz I was running but when it arrived, it had got broken in transit. I contacted the seller and they replaced it immediately, and I got the replacement in time for the Quiz. Very helpful, no trouble, and it was good to have an engraved trophy, even if it is tiny!
