Q: Hello, is this product the actual name brand product or a fake product?

The address delivery from Korea. So I didn’t think is fake product

Q: Does this come with the face cleaner or face pack? It shows two pictures of both in different pictures.

Mine only had the pack and not the cleansing foam. Looking back at the posting, it does show sets with either the pack OR the cleansing foam, and not both.

Q: None of the instructions have an english translation in the box. does anyone know where i can find the instructions in english?

This product made in from Korea that why on the box didn’t have English but you can find small paper instructions inside the box. Or you can take picture the word on the box sent to the app translate Korean to English. Hopefully my idea can help you
