The fan blows air. It is fairly quiet on the low setting and for its size, moves good air. I use it to cool down a mini cisco switch and firewall in an office setup because they're tucked away in a cube with no airflow. The fan is plugged into a multiport usb charging station. Works well so far and it stays on 24/7.

It is quiet barely perceptible on low, just a nice breeze. On high, it is quite strong, but not overly loud. It adjusts to the perfect angles. I would it buy again.

The fan is powerful and quiet, just as advertised. I often get warm at my desk and my previous desk fan was too loud to keep on while answering phones so I constantly had to turn the fan off and on. This fan is quiet enough to keep on while I get my work done.

I was not expecting this to have as much power as is has. I use this on my nightstand at night and my desk during the day. It’s small and slim which is perfect for small spaces.

I bought this for cruise. It doesn’t take up much room in my suitcase and provides air movement that keeps me comfortable.

Family members would probably want to hog it like mine

I bought this fan to replace my old fan that I keep on my vanity. This fan is a perfect size for my vanity and doesn’t take up much space. It has 3 speeds . As far as noise goes it is so quiet you can barely tell that it’s on . It is also super lightweight so you could take it on vacation or camping. I am very happy with this product and highly recommend it.

Very strong for its size and decent price. A bit noisy at full power but doesnt bother me much. Probably to be expected from a small and strong fan. Oh I would like to add, oscillation would be awesome!

This is my 2nd USB powered fan. My first one was pretty anaemic but that was ok as I just wanted it to ventilate a cupboard I had a computer in whenever it was on which it did just fine. I wanted this one for personal use and I admit to a degree of scepticism when I bought it as I expected no better than my earlier one, but to my great surprise it actually blows quite a gale for a little fan. It comes complete with a button the back to choose from four speed settings (the highest requires a "long press" and is only available if you have a high powered USB port such as a USB3.0 one or a decent phone charger), but I usually find the lower speed settings to be ample. It doesn't oscillate nor does it have a particularly wide distribution of airflow so you wouldn't use it to cool a room but that's not its purpose - it's a personal fan. It does tilt vertically, and sits quite stably on its little metal base. If all you want is a personal fan that you can actually feel moving the air around, grab this one.
