Women's Astoria West Open Toe Sandals

Seems most don't like this purple color, I but I LOVE IT, and especially the black treaded sole; I think they're FUN. But MOSTLY I wanted an easy walking sandal for summer that would withstand a little rain n water, and THESE ARE DESIGNED for that, as well as light hiking in lightly wooded areas, through puddles, etc... BUT THEN, they are also PERFECT for trekking into TOWN. I find the arch support PERFECT; so comfortable, and the grib of the tread is SO great that you feel secure and know you won't slip. They have amazing adjustability of all 3 straps that snug my low-volume, narrow heeled slim feet. Heel strap felt iffy, but upon walking w serious pace, they keep my foot sufficiently in place.I haven't tested them for 'hiking' but have walked the trails of Prospect Park at a nice clip and the airy-ness and sprint n comfort were JUST A DELIGHT. I tried the 6.5 and then 7 as my toes were a tad close to the edge. BOTH work, and I may just buy up whichever sizes are on sale. So far I have the purple, the black *.5) and spicy orange (in 7) . I am SO excited to have summer sandals that will keep me cool, comfortable and protected and SECURE should I encounter rain or wanna do some unlikely, though adventurous traipsing through creeks n streams down the road.GREAT GREAT GREAT sandals. I LOVE THE HEEL LIFT, as well....It's very subtle, but provides much appreciated support and CUSHION underfoot . PLEASE, KEEN, do NOT DISCONTINUE THIS SANDAL, and PLEASE NEVER EVER ABANDON this amazing ASTORIA WEST style which I've now seen in a closed sandals and the Uneek; it is PERFECT for those w slightly narrow foot shapes, who also enjoy and or BENEFIT from the heel/sole height.Finally, please forgive my messy, crack-heeled, unwieldy, band-aid-covered toes... I hadn't planned to take pics, but was in such bliss as I wore them out to the Park for their inaugural run, that I threw caution and vanity to the wind.

Purchased for my mother. She loves the color and said they are the most comfortable sandals she’s worn. I’ve owned many Keen boots and sandals and they have always been a high quality product.

I bought these after my second reconstructive surgery on my foot. Needed something very stable and adjustable with a very cushioned base. They are perfect! I can walk much further in these than I ever could in any shoe I’ve tried.

Very soft and comfortable. Perfect as the rest of my Keen sandals, but open, which is a great advantage. Only thing is that I got a blister on my toe on the first use, which is not expected from a Keen sandal.

Pretty sandal and the comfort is amazing. My doctor recommended these for my foot problems.

I recently received this pair of shoes in the orange. I love everything about them. The color is fun and actually goes with a lot of what I wear. I was worried about the straps rubbing, but I have had zero issues with that. The fit is perfect. I normally wear an 8 and that is what I got. They feel very sturdy and I can feel the solid, yet cushiony sole. I bought these for all the walking we do at Disney and I can see this being the perfect shoe for it!BUT.......the foot bed/insole is rough. It has raised bumps on it and they irritate the bottoms of my feet immediately. Somewhat like walking on rough sandpaper or gravel. I believe I may have overly sensitive feet bottoms, but it was almost unbearable after just 10-15min of walking. I could not find any other reviews that talked about this problem. I ended up with a blister on one foot after walking at a festival one day. This makes me so sad since they appear to be perfect for me in every other way. I did just purchase some moleskin for the balls of my feet hoping it might help, but haven't gotten them yet. I'm not ready to give up on these just yet.

I have been wanting to get this sandals but the purple was always sold out. I was excited to see it here on amazon. The sandals are super comfortable and the adjustable straps are perfect for my wide feet. I have used it from walking on sand, concrete, and muddy grounds and they did well. They also wash easily. I wash them by hands. I hope to get more colors. I recommend it. Size 7 was a true fit.

I like the cushion, the support, and the strap placement. The toe straps are far enough forward that you don't trip over the bottom of the sandal. The straps are also in a good spot to make way for the bunions. This shoe is all I have worn now for three years. Very comfortable and plenty of arch support.

El modelo está muy lindo y se ve bien pero no me quedaron tan cómodas como esperaba ya que la tira que va en la parte del frente no me alcanza a cubrir el dedo pequeño y siento que éste se puede salir por un costado en cualquier momento al caminar y volverse bastante incómodo, una lástima ya que realmente me gustaba éste modelo :(

Me gustò todo: el material, el color, la comodidad. Voy a hacer el camino de Santiago y las quiero para descansar después de caminar tantos kilòmetros con los zapatos de senderismo. Es Justo lo que necesito!

Extremely comfortable. The sturdy bottom helps me keep my balance while still being cushioned enough that my knees don’t hurt. The strap can adjust narrow enough that the Velcro still catches and I am not having to cut it. I can wear these all day without my feet hurting. The Color is fun too!

I already own the covered toe version, and wanted an open toe for a vacation. These were worn in the water along the beach, once wet they took way too long to dry, and rubbed in several places causing blisters. Once dry, I could wear them again with bandages.

I love these sandals 💕so comfortable and lovely quality ,already had a navy pair ,the only trouble is you wouldn’t want to wear anything else , the pink look sp pretty with a summer dress ,
