Decent hourglass, looks ok, mine had arrived not screwed together and scuffed up so it went back but as far as construction the top and bottom are made of a pressboard the supports are metal and the hourglass is in fact glass. The time variance on the one I received was +1.5 minutes, so pretty good in that respect.

Just bought this for decoration and I’m not disappointed. Well made and worth the money.
