I read all the reviews on this product before I bought it, I saw the problems people said they were having. I have not had any trouble except where I put too much down. I use a hand crank spreader , Use it sparingly, it’s easy to put too much down. It is working great for me. My lawn is much greener and growing well.I like the stuff. Just remember to use it lightly, I’ve used it twice now In the last month, (2 weeks apart with plenty of rain) and have a great looking lawn. Except the spot where I put too much down. 😀I most likely will buy it again.

This product worked well on my grass. I had to overseed my lawn as I had some thin spots. I didn't want to go to my big box store to get some starter fertilizer. As I was looking for something new to try I came across this product. I decided to try it as the price was reasonable and the reviews were good. I don't regret it. In fact I am going to buy more for the spring time to start my lawn off on the right foot. My existing grass was renewed and the new grass came in thick. I had a nice green lawn. I recommend buying this product. You won't regret it.

Put some of this down in advance of new kentucky blue / perennial rye seed, and it seems to have helped. Also perked up the existing grass.

I have now switched to use of this fertilizer for my Bermuda lawn. The fertilizer appears to be very consistent and of good quality. This spreads easily and I get good coverage from one bag.I water the fertilizer in immediately upon application and I see good results within a few days. I also want to mention that I use this fertilizer all growing season long to my established lawn so it is very beneficial to not only newly seeded lawns.
