I am very happy with this product. I have normal to dry mature skin, and I am thrilled with this product. It does not dry out my skin like many cleansers with AHA. In fact, even during the dry winter months, my skin has remained feeling hydrated and plump. I see that it has made a difference in the way my skin looks and feels. It did not take long for my skin to appear a bit tighter. It is a great product and I plan to continue to use it daily.

I have told so many people about this cleanser, that I originally heard about from my dermatologist. It’s a really great way to exfoliate, chemically, without having to rub your face off. I keep one at the sink and one in the shower, use it twice a day religiously. You need this cleanser!

First off, you need to know there's a chance your skin is going to go through a purging phase with this product. Mine certainly did and it almost made me give up on using it. The first couple of weeks using this product were rough for that reason, but I carried on. All of the purging is now subsiding and I'm left with glowing and very smooth skin.It's essentially non-scented, which I like and I haven't noticed that it has a propensity to foam, which again I like. It's a has a gelatin-like consistency and I've found my hands and not my clarisonic or a face cloth to be the best tools to work with this product.I use acid skincare regularly and my skin has built up quite a tolerance and this even made my skin pretty dry. In all fairness, it is winter currently, so I'm sure that didn't help matters. I tried to offset the dryness/flakiness by using a nightly face oil, which has worked very well. When in doubt, I highly recommend trying it a few days a week instead of your daily cleanser. That being said, it removed makeup like a dream and has lasted for much longer than I expected given it's a 4oz tube and I double cleanser daily.

If you're struggling with any kind of acne or discoloration, GET THIS. In literally 12 hours, a break-out I had reduced in size and inflammation by half after using this. I've also noticed my dark spots fading, scars lifting, and texture minimizing. And I've only been using this for three days! Even better, this doesn't dry me out. I have oily skin but some dermatologically prescribed meds can easily dry my skin out. Believe me, I've tried everything--even been on Accutane once, only for my acne to return. This has been the only thing that's worked. I've been using this only at night with my rotating face brush, followed by a witch hazel toner, a vitamin C serum, and a hyaluronic acid/retinol serum. An absolute essential.

I found this cleaner to be less intense than others. If your new to glycolic acid, it'll be great.

I LOVE this cleanser...I'm 64, and have always been trying lots of lotions and potions to keep wrinkles at bay and have an over all look and feel of firmness and luminosity ...and this delivers. About 30 yrs ago I started using the Alpha-hydrox line of cleansers and moisturizers....I was thrilled with the results....but after about 3 yrs they stopped making it....since I've tried EVERYTHING...all high end expensive things. This cleanser acts just like the cleanser I used yrs before....People who haven't seen me in a few weeks have starting complimenting me on my skin...really nice compliments ...and I noticed the difference too. I use all three in this line...the cleanser moisturizer and eye cream. They just give me fantastic results and I'm very happily surprised with this.....and the price cannot be beat...I pay for all 3 (about 38.00) and I've paid that much for a tiny tiny jar of big name eye cream alone....I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone that can relate to the skin issues that I mentioned. 5 stars....I'm going to stock up on this stuff!!!! For the price and the results...I would say, as cheap as it is, it's worth the try...and I'd bet you'll be a believer too!

I really love this formula but I waste so much I am sure it just me .its thin gel like formula that just slides off my hand as I try to squeeze out I need like a 12 ounce with a pump. Thank you.

I am reading the 1 star reviews and my experience is completely different. The gel smells and feels like dishwashing soap. It seriously lathers like dish soap in my hand and my face does not have a good feel afterward... no residue is left behind but not clean feeling. Looking for a replacement for Neutrogena Pore Refining Exfoliating Facial Cleanser with Glycolic Acid Formula which has been discontinued. Help!
