not sure what you mean by measurements but the balls I got where a little liter than I expected. They just do not have the amount of plastic I am used too. The balls seem to be just a tiny bit smaller than a regular golf ball but that could just be the visual of the holes. Hope this information is helpful.

Q: What is the size of the balls?

Same as normal golf balls. Due to the holes it will not get lost. They are very light but you can practice your proper full swing etc.

Q: Does the packaging say what type of plastic these are made of?

I destroyed the original packaging after the recipient opened them as a gift.
