Q: I have one blind and I need same size , should I order the same size or window size ?

I would say measure the window size because the blinds come back smaller as they allow for the fittings /see the instructions as a guidance. Thanks

Q: Is the measurement just for the blind material not including the fittings

I measured the size I wanted to fill and the company adjusted to account for fittings, i.e the width w I submitted was178cm but they adjusted to175cm to account for the fittings. Just one thing though the blackout 'coating' had a pinprick size hole in it so when blind is down it looks like there is a whole in it! I had already fitted it so didn't bother sending back but if you get one I'd recommend checking before fitting. Other than that I was happy with quality, color, delivery time etc.
