I rated this item 2 stars because I have to clean this out everyday with pure alcohol just to be able to use the same essential oil. The tubes become clogged very easily and I’m using thin essential oils too as it states to avoid thicker ones. Once it’s been freshly cleaned it works a treat for a few hours and then back to reduced performance and little scent output.After seeing all the 5 star reviews I am disappointed. For the price tag given it’s not worth the hassle in my opinion. You are probably best getting another diffuser for half the price and with less maintenanceUpdate: An hour after writing this review the pump seems to have packed in. Original review below, I have deducted 2 stars as mine failed within 2 months of using it. Although i did get a full refund from Amazon ( the company said i had purchased a fake?? it was purchased through Amazon warehouse deals). I am however now stuck with a replacement/spare glass top that i purchased seperately!!! Would i buy the same one again...maybe with a (really) good promotion i would take one more chance??!!Buy with confidence, you will not be dissapointed. I am Extremely happy with my purchase, I did initially see this on Sophie Uliano's blog (Very inspirational and is totally committed to clean,green living). Afterall, If it makes it into Sophie's home, then its good enough for me.... i know i can trust her expert judgement/opinion and know 100% it will not be detrimental to mine or my families health. So, After a few minutes of research, i was really excited to see it was available on Amazon UK.....and i did not hesitate to order, given the fantastic product reviews and a company that totally stands by its product ~ which is becoming rare in the throw away society we currently live in.Anyway, I feel so happy to have this little beauty in my home, and i will most definately purchase more to have in other rooms of my home (these are on my birthday/mothers day/wedding anniversary list). Thank you very much Organic Aromas for offering such a high quality product that is not made of plastic and looks beautiful in my home as well as serving a very functional purpose. I have given a very worthy & well deserved 5 stars all round from a very happy customer. And i look forward to many many years of a beautiful fragranced home. (Small Samples of your oils would have been very much appreciated and would maybe pursuade me to purchase your oils and not other brands...and would have been the perfect icing on the cake, although i do understand you probably have to keep your costs down).I am more than happy to recommend this company/diffuser to all my family & friends :-)

A little noisier than a water diffuser, but the scent it throws has no comparison. LOVE IT.

Love this nebuliser, much better than my diffuser. Have just ordered my daughter one too.

Au début j'étais super satisfait de mon nébuliseur, mais après seulement 5 ou 6 mois il a perdu sa puissance. Les premiers mois ça sentait bon dans toute la maison et maintenant c'est à peine si ça sent dans la pièce ou il est. Et pourtant je n'utilise que les huiles originales de Organic Aromas. Je suis très déçu et je ne recommanderais pas.Mise à jour :Après un peu plus d'un an il a cessé de fonctionner.Organic Aromas a quand même accepter de la réparer ... mais la réparation n'aura durée que 6 mois avant qu'il cesse de fonctionner à nouveau.Pour le prix payé ($124 plus taxes) et les frais de livraison pour faire les réparations cela ne vaut pas le coût.Donc, efficace lorsqu'il fonctionne mais pas fiable, qualité très faible pour le prix.À éviter.
