Solid and sturdy
Feel as heavy as original and feel the qualify is solid. It was an easy installation for Q7. Right screw is a little tight when removing the old one. Will see how long it last

Perfect fit, only one small problem
The protective cap came broken, two locking pins in pieces, besides that i fully recommend. I kept the original cap so no need to ship back or refound

I was unsure about replacing the arm myself and the dealer quoted $700. I ordered the part and it was very easy to install. Works great!

You will need a wiper arm puller tool to remove the old part. It is press fitted onto the bolt.
It’s a direct replacement to the factory wiper arm assembly. Easy to install. Use a wiper arm/ battery terminal puller tool to remove the old part. Install the wiper blade to the arm before reinstallation.Did not come with instructions. There are videos available online to refer to.

Fit perfect. Cheap fix for a common factory problem.
Feels like the OE arm. With that said OE arms break but this should last the same as the OE equipment.

Good quality
In comparison to the other windshield wiper I bought previously to this one, it has a better quality feel to the metal. Much sturdier & heavy weight feel. Plus being from an actual company that dedicates itself to vehicle parts I'm satisfied.
