I usually work away from home and I need a portable monitor to work as a second screen because I am a multi-monitor user at home. I compared a lot of models to check the brightness and I found this one has the highest brightness. I can use it outdoors or on my way to the client site.Pros:- Got a very wide color gamut.- Decent resolution- Come with a stand, no cover needed.- Bright enough to work outside.- To my biggest surprise, It’s a touchscreen. I can use my laptop without a mouse.Cons:- The speaker's sound could be better. I guess it’s because the monitor is so slim and light, it cannot use the better speaker. Enough for me though.Overall this portable monitor works brilliantly and I am happy that I chose it.

This portable monitor is an excellent extension to any laptop or other device. Unlike the other portable monitors that use a folding case as the the monitor stand where there is generally one position to set the monitor angle, the INNOCN utilizes a hinged base that allows you to set the monitor at any angle desired.This monitor supports both HDMI and USB-C connections. The USB-C connection supplies the monitor with both the data and power, the HDMI connection requires the supplied 100v power connection. The brightness control is quite impressive even with the Night Light setting ON. The controls are easy to use on the left hand side and the ports, power, data and HDMI on the right hand side are clearly marked.My only disappointment was when using the USB-C connection with my Lenovo P15 Laptop, the connection works perfectly until the laptop goes into sleep mode, then at about every 7 minutes you hear the chime of the USB-C disconnection followed by the chime of a reconnection. The only way stop it is turn off the monitor or disconnect it.INNOCN SupportI contacted Amazon regarding the issue, who had me step through a few technical questions to try to resolve the problem, after which they put me in direct contact with INNOCN with whom Amazon said they had a very good relationship with. INNOCN support contacted me the same day. The support team had me try a few tests while they were trying to reproduce the same issue I was experiencing. The support team worked with me over several days, until the problem was with my Lenovo USB-C ports. The Lenovo P15 has 3 USB-C ports, two of which are Thunderbolt. All 3 ports experienced the same problem. To ensure the problem was not the monitor, INNOCN support replaced the monitor. I still had the same issue, proving the problem was with my Lenovo P15 and not the monitor, though a disappointment with my laptop, I love this monitor. But more importantly, I was really impressed with the INNOCN support team. When they first contacted me, they're first comment was:"Thank you for reaching outI'll try my effort to make this right"They certainly lived up to that statement. Although, as it turned out not to be a problem with the INNOCN monitor, the INNOCN support team never the less, stayed on top of the issue through resolution. What's more, they always responded to my inquires with in the hour (usually within minutes). Support doesn't get much better. Amazon stated to me that Amazon had a very good relationship with INNOCN. That was clearly demonstrated to me.I would defiantly recommend the INNOCN 15.6" N1F PRO monitor. I find it the perfect extension monitor for my laptop.I rated with 5 stars not both for the product and importantly, INNOCN support.

Thanks to customer J.P. who displayed a picture of the way he or she has their device set up, made my day. I have not used the touchscreen feature in the 2 years I have owned this device simply because the set up instruction for the touchscreen was not as clear and it seems as though you need to buy a certain cable. All cables I needed were supplied however I had to use the USB-c to USB A adapter which I already owned. I am glad I had an adapter but could have been using the touchscreen features way before now. Refer to pictures from the review J.P. provided if you are experiencing the same problem. I have been traveling with this monitor for two years and it has been awesome and it's exceptionally awesome now that I am able to use the touchscreen feature.

I really like the touchscreen monitor, however, the touch function does NOT work with a mid-2012 MacBook Pro. I specifically bought this to test with my MacBook before buying a Mac Mini to make sure it would work with Apple devices. Apparently not all Apple devices are supported for the touch function. I am overall pleased with this product due to the fact that I can use it with other projects but I am slightly upset that I still don’t have a solid answer on if it’ll work with a Mac Mini.Maybe if I end up purchasing the Mac Mini, I’ll update my review. Hope this helps someone!

Edited reviewThe more I use this display the more I wish I just returned it. It simply does not work properly. The use of the HDMI and USB C for the touch to function does not work. After boot up I have to unplug the usb in order for the video to move to the hdmi and then plug the usb back in for the touch to work. After I do that the windows never size properly to the physical size of the display. If my laptop goes to sleep it never comes back properly and I have to reboot. This device was not tested properly and I question any review where it is said it works perfectly.—————————————————-Original reviewThe display is great but for the touch. When I hook it up to my Lenovo laptop with the HDMI and USB-C cables the touch transfers to my laptop. When I touch the second display the reaction is on the main laptop display. Also when the display is attached some apps launched minimized and will not maximize. This requires a reboot to fix. No issues when not using the display.

I loved the idea behind this portable monitor but now that I've used when traveling for the last 18 months, I can report regular frustation with whether it functions at all. If for some reason you misplace or forget to bring the USB-C, Mini HDMI cords that come with the monitor, good luck finding replacement cords that the monitor will recognize. It took purchasing 3 or 4 varieties to find one that works with the monitor, and there is no reason for requiring use of their proprietary cables. This isn't Apple we are dealing with here, it's Innocn!

The monitor itself is not bad. However, I was disappointed to find out that it cannot be used as a touchscreen with MacBooks.

This is a good buy, highly recommend.

The screen works wonderfully. I had problems at first where the screen seemed to reboot itself. I had good customer service and we found that the provided power cable was faulty. It's been replaced and it's working great now.UPDATE: Turns out the provided power cable was faulty which resulted in intermittent power cuts. The cable was changed and the problem was solved! Good and quick customer service! I'm really happy with this tablet screen and it's working really well.

As with any cantilevered structure, it wobbles when touched. But, the resolution is incredible !I just may purchase another one as a small secondary display. No regrets at all.
